Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business that signs up) and The Binary Mechanics, in Ontario, Canada, for the Binary Social service.

The service

Each month we make the number of posts in your plan: a picture, a video clip and a caption per post, made with AI from your ideas and business details. We publish them to the social accounts you connect after you approve them, or automatically if you turn on auto-post.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for your business. Keep your login private. You are responsible for what is posted from your account, including posts you approve or set to auto-post.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to use it only to make and publish your posts. The posts we make for you are yours to use; you are responsible for checking them before you approve. You must have the rights to the photos, videos, logos and music you give us.

AI-made content

AI can make mistakes, including wrong facts, spelling or images that look unrealistic. Check every post before approving it. Do not use the service for medical, legal or financial claims you cannot support. See our acceptable use and AI notice.

Social networks

Publishing depends on each network's rules and systems. We are not responsible if a network removes a post, limits your account or changes its features.

Price and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance, in Canadian dollars plus HST. Unused posts do not carry over. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time; the service runs to the end of the paid month. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or do not pay.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
