Data deletion

You can ask us to delete all data we hold about you and your business at any time.

How to ask

1. Use our contact form with the email address on your account, and write "Delete my data".
2. We confirm your request within 2 business days and finish within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account, business details, uploaded photos and videos, posts, and the connection tokens for your social accounts. Posts already published stay on the social networks; delete them there if you wish. Invoices are kept for 7 years because tax law requires it.

Removing our app from a social network

Facebook and Instagram: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), remove Binary Social. Removing the app stops all posting at once.
