Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time through our contact page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and no post has been published, we refund that payment in full.
After that, months already started are not refunded, because the AI work for them is paid for in advance.
If we fail to deliver the posts in your plan for a month because of a problem on our side, we refund or credit the missing posts.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 10 business days.

Upgrades and downgrades start with your next monthly invoice.
